About

"DAVID MIERS is reported to be in the top 10 cage fighters in Gosford. He has some serious dish washing skills and thinks that Elizabeth Bennet is hot. Although he thinks that his wife Rowena is hotter. David works in youth ministry for a great church. Likes to: speak in third person, watch and play soccer, eat food and surf the web. He has never watched Star Wars."

Romeo + Juliet

Just watched Baz L's Romeo + Juliet.  Only the 2nd time I've seen it (1st time was when it came out 10 years ago).  Brilliant story (good job William).  Brilliant movie.

It is a great movie. I think I was blinded by my intense dislike of Leonardo when it came out. It wasn't him, it was me. I was just at that age. The Leo-hating age. For boys. Which corresponded pretty much exactly with the Leo-loving age for girls.

Sally and I saw Shaun of the Dead again last week. Man that is a funny movie. So, so clever. It's a Zom-Rom-Com. top

i remember that age - i don't think i ever hated him... but i laughed at him....

i think that he is a brilliant actor - he has done some greatly varied roles... and he was very good in R+J!

i haven't seen shaun of the dead. top

Have you seen 'Hot Fuzz' yet it's by the same people who did 'Shaun of the Dead'.

Love R and J, SP and I walked out to the 'You and Me' song at our wedding.

Good job William yes. But what about good job Baz?! It was such a brilliant adaptation. I didn't even flinch hearing Elizabethan English in that modern setting - he made it seem so natural.

Looking forward to Baz's new movie, the oddly named Australia. top
